Wuji is a special Qigong that kids love. Rather than following a sequence... Wuji lets kids "Create their own form" and move around freely without having to sit or stand still. This is a huge advantage for kids learning how to meditate or cultivate higher levels of focus. We teach kids how to use 7-Wuji Style Movements in any pattern they want.
The students will learn:

- Subtle Movements
- Ball Making Movements
- Projection Style Movements
- Push Hands Style Movements
- Locomotive Style Movements
- Cleansing Style Movements
- Swimming Style Movements
Linda Koelliker is a certified Supreme Science Qigong Instructor. Classes cost only $15 per hour for a total of 6 hours for $90. Classes are held on Fridays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
